Summer 2009 and that time of year where I cast a curious eye to see the reminant activities of the TA community. If you watch the introduction demo you'll understand the game was all about a once great war that waged. Proceeding for a thousand years the scarce remnants of what remains on each side battle for the annihilation other.
Of course as we find out, one overpowers the other with the input of a genius commander, who's decisions and battle prowess gave his side a key advantage, just what was required to break the millennial deadlock.
This is exactly what I see today, perhaps on a smaller scale... the crippled remains of the ta community tearing each othe rto pieces over and over again. Of course, now the game has gone downhill, a constant series of repetitive 3v3, 4v4, 5v5's on the exact same battle landscapes with the same participants.
History does repeat itself...
I find myself out of place when I recognise but a few who could honestly call themselves 'Good Players', a good player in eliminating the other person, not a barely-good-enough-player-to-simulate-sim-city, for those of you who can call yourselves one of these rare species, you call has come
